- 3 tbsp Oliverde Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
Grilled Mahi Mahi with Persian Lime Marinade
- Marinate mahi mahi in Oliverde Persian lime oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
