Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tails

  • 4 lobster tails, thawed and split open
  • 1 cup jumbo lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Garlic Oliverde Oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tails

  • Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Split the lobster tails and carefully loosen the meat without detaching it from the shell. Place the tails on a baking sheet.
  • Make the Crab Stuffing: In a bowl, mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of Lemon Garlic Oliverde Oil and mix gently.
  • Stuff the Lobster Tails: Spoon the crab mixture over the lobster meat. Drizzle the remaining Lemon Garlic Oliverde Oil over the stuffed tails for added flavor.
  • Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the stuffing is golden.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
