Founded in 1993, Surf & Turf Food Company began as home delivery service, delivering the freshest and highest quality seafood and land-food to homes in and around the Midwest. As the only source of left-the-ocean-yesterday seafood, business bloomed and the need for a retail storefront became apparent. Monte Conrad, owner and entrepreneur, found a location in South Lincoln allowing for on-ice showcases and expert guidance on flavor, texture, and preparation. After outgrowing that space, Monte relocated to the current location, just off of 56th and Old Cheney, and continues to grow. With the perfect addition of Oliverde olive oils and balsamic vinegars, and a growing assortment of spices and supplies, you’ll find everything you need to create a gourmet home-cooked meal. At Surf & Turf you will find the freshest, highest quality fish, steaks, homemade soups and dips along with an expert, knowledgable staff who will remember you by name and make you feel welcome.

For almost three decades, we have cultivated relationships with fishermen and wholesalers worldwide who supply oceanside markets and restaurants with fresh-caught seafood. We fly in whole fish that left the ocean hours earlier and our expert butcher trims and fillets the freshest seafood available in land-locked Lincoln daily.
